Product Description

Volumes IV and V of The Citrus Industry cover Crop Protection. Although portions of Volume II of the first edition were concerned with biology and control of pests and diseases, all chapters in this volume and Volume V are completely new treatments of Crop Protection by a new generation of authors.

Most of the chapters were prepared by University of California staff, however, Professor EP Ducharme of the University of Florida collaborated on Chapter 7 of this volume. Thanks to improved technology and communication over the past few decades, citrus researchers are more aware of citrus developments in other regions, than was known by the authors of the original volumes.
